Interface Language
Snitcher's web console is available in English and German. You can switch languages at any time — the choice takes effect immediately, no reload required.
Changing your language
There are two places to change it:
- Footer account menu — click your account name at the bottom of the sidebar, then pick a language from the Language section.
- Settings → Account — open your account settings page and choose a language from the Language preference there.
How the choice is remembered
- Signed in: your language preference is saved to your account, so it follows you across devices and browsers, the same way your appearance (light/dark) preference does.
- Not signed in (for example, viewing a public status page): your preference is remembered in the browser (local storage) for that browser only. If you've never set one, Snitcher falls back to your browser's language setting, and finally to English if that isn't supported.
The entire web console is translated into English and German. A few technical values that come straight from the server — such as raw status codes or resource-type identifiers shown in audit and detail views — are displayed as-is and are not translated.
